The NV-GS330 records onto miniDV tape and comes equipped with a trio of features that assure exceptionally high image quality. These include the 3CCD camera system, which is commonly used in professional broadcast equipment, Panasonic's unique O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer), and a superb Leica Dicomar lens. Compared with conventional 1CCD camera systems, Panasonic's 3CCD system provides more vivid, true-to-life colours, greater detail and richer gradation.
The Leica Dicomar lens provided in the NV-GS330 features 12 lens elements in eight groups and uses low-dispersion optical glass to reduce the blurring of colour. A special multi-coating process is applied to the 14 lens element surfaces so images are crisp, clear, and free of flare and ghosting. more
